Flowspace is looking for a Senior Demand Generation Specialist who will be responsible for developing and executing ABM campaigns and multi-channel demand generation strategies to drive qualified leads and pipeline growth for our B2B marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in developing and implementing campaigns with a strong focus on driving measurable results. This role requires a strategic thinker who can leverage data and analytics to optimize performance and achieve business objectives.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and Execute ABM Strategies: Design, implement, and manage targeted ABM campaigns to engage high-value B2B accounts, leveraging a mix of marketing channels email, social media, events, and webinars.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to align ABM initiatives with business goals, ensuring a seamless customer journey and maximizing account engagement and conversions.
  • Segment and Target Accounts: Identify and prioritize key accounts, utilizing data-driven insights to create detailed account profiles and personalized marketing plans tailored to specific industries, personas, and buying stages.
  • Content Creation and Personalization: Collaborate with the content team to develop compelling, personalized content and messaging that resonates with target accounts and addresses their unique pain points and needs.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of ABM campaigns, using metrics such as engagement, lead generation, pipeline contribution, and ROI to inform strategy and optimize future initiatives.
  • Technology and Tools Management: Manage and optimize tools and platforms, ensuring seamless integration with Hubspot and Salesforce to track and measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Leverage Social Media for ABM: Utilize social media platforms to target and engage key accounts, creating tailored content and ads that resonate with specific personas and drive higher engagement and conversions.

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in demand generation/ABM, B2B marketing, or digital marketing roles.
  • Proven track record of designing and executing successful ABM/demand generation campaigns that drive measurable results.
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation platforms and CRM systems, with experience using tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Groove, and Apollo.io.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for various channels and audiences.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and insights to optimize campaign performance.
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
The salary range for this role is $100,000–$125,000 per year
