Summary:
The Solutions Architect is a senior technical member of our Client Solutions team, focusing on high-level integration strategies, API and ERP integration development, and cross-functional initiatives within Flowspace. This role works closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, Operations, and Account Management to lead integration efforts for new customers onto the Flowspace platform and support existing customers in connecting new systems or sales channels. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, exceptional planning and communication skills, and the ability to instill confidence in customers through expert knowledge of the Flowspace platform and its capabilities.
What You'll Do:
Technical Leadership and Strategy:
- Oversee the technical direction and strategy of integration initiatives.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Account Management, and Sales to support integration strategies and address product gaps.
- Guide Flowspace’s strategy on integration systems.
- Provide technical input, analysis, and assistance on new product initiatives.
Mentorship and Team Collaboration:
- Mentor team members across technical and non-technical tracks within the Solutions team.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration and drive aggressive launch targets.
- Provide technical guidance and support to Solutions, Engineer, and Operations.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and technical enhancements.
Customer Interaction and Communication:
- Represent Flowspace at the highest level in customer interactions.
- Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to a varied audience.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Build strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met through the onboarding lifecycle.
Who We're Looking For:
- 8+ years of experience in a technical leadership role within a solutions, integration, or engineering team.
- Proven expertise in designing and implementing complex integration solutions.
- Deep experience with APIs, iPaaS, ERP, EDI, and WMS systems.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive technical projects to successful completion.
- Ability to foster a collaborative team environment and mentor others.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and thrive in challenging environments.
Bonus Points:
- BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
- Project management or software development experience.
- Experience in e-commerce fulfillment.
Other Helpful Things to Know:
- 20% travel as needed for employee team gatherings, conferences and in person customer meetings
- If not based in the United States, must be able to travel to and from the United States on short notice
- Must be able to successfully manage a variety of virtual technology tools, to communicate and work in a remote environment (i.e. GSuite, Slack, Zoom, Miro)
The base salary range for this role is $75,000/year-$190,000/year.
The width of the range is reflective of our openness for the role being filled with someone from senior to staff level. Compensation packages are based on factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, certifications, and specific geographical location.
