Responsibilities

We are looking for a professional with substantial experience in managing office operations, orchestrating office relocations, and spearheading community-building initiatives. As our Community Engagement & Workplace Manager, you will be responsible for creating and nurturing a cohesive community across our offices in Zurich, London, Singapore, and New York. This role requires someone who brings enthusiasm, creativity, and a strong interest in growing within a hyper-growth tech company.

Preferred experience

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing office operations, preferably in a tech or fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing office relocations, including planning, coordination, and execution.
  • Experience in creating and implementing community-building initiatives within a corporate environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to foster a positive and inclusive office culture across multiple locations.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with budgeting, scheduling, and vendor management.

Ideally, you also have

  • Previous experience managing or coordinating activities across offices in different countries.
  • Cultural awareness and sensitivity, with a focus on creating cohesive communities in Zurich, London, Singapore, and New York.
