This is a unique opportunity for someone to help take our marketplace offering at start.squirro.com to the next level.. As part of this role, you will be helping to improve, maintain & add new functionalities to our marketplace offering. Sounds exciting?

What you’ll be doing:

• Work within the Engineering group to develop & maintain Squirro's Marketplace offering.
• Follow Software Engineering best practices like automated tests, QA processes, and well-functioning Continuous Integration system.
• Maintenance and development of production ready Javascript code.
• Work with the product team to help define the roadmap for Squirro's Marketplace.

Your skills & experience:

• Exceptional programming experience in Javascript.
• 3-5 years of experience in Frontend application development with ReactJS and NextJS
• Experience with MaterialUI and implementing designs in close collaboration with a designer.
• Familiar with performance optimization techniques.
• Up to date with the latest browser developments and how to use them in code.
• Experience developing professionally as part of a team, giving and receiving code reviews, test-driven development etc.
• Good communication skills with fluency in English.

Nice-to-have:

• BS, MS or PhD in Computer Science or related technical field.
• Familiarity with RESTful web services and microservices architectures.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, nginx, docker.
• Familiarity with AWS, Terraform, Prometheus, Grafana, Ansible and other DevOps related tools.
