Position Overview:

Squirro is seeking a Marketing & Design Specialist to join our innovative marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who is both creatively driven and digitally savvy. As a Marketing & Design Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of marketing activities, from content creation to supporting the execution of marketing campaigns. You will take on video production and design tasks, administrative support within the marketing department, as well as any other branding design requirements from the people team.

Collaborate with the marketing team on creative content creation for all campaigns, social media, and other channels. As well as supporting the people team with any brand design requirements.

• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns and events.
  
  
• Assist with administrative tasks including managing marketing databases, reports, and tracking campaign metrics.
  
  
• Assist with video ideation, production and editing as well as visual content development for digital marketing initiatives.
  
  
• Design engaging and brand-consistent graphics using tools such as Figma, Adobe InDesign, Canva, IMovie and other video and design software.
  
  
• Contribute to content management and updates for the website, blog, and social media platforms.
  
  
• Stay up to date with the latest design trends, social media strategies, and digital marketing best practices.
  
  
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and offer fresh ideas for marketing and design projects.
  
  
• Design PPT templates, letterheads, business cards, event assets for any people team related activities.

Requirements:

• Marketing qualification (Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, or related field, or currently pursuing a degree).
• A creative mindset with a passion for design and an eye for detail.
• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, InDesign, Canva, or similar software. Familiarity with video editing tools.
• Digital native: Comfortable with social media platforms, online tools, and technology.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to multitask, work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Enthusiastic, proactive, and ready to contribute to a growing team.
