What you’ll be doing:
As a Pre-sales Engineer at Squirro, you’ll play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between technical expertise and client success. Working closely with our sales team, you’ll be a trusted technical advisor and product expert throughout the sales cycle.
This dynamic role combines technical proficiency with client-facing communication, enabling you to:
- Understand client needs and craft tailored, impactful solutions.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and proof-of-concepts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment between product capabilities and client requirements.
- Provide technical support and guidance to ensure a smooth sales process.
- Leverage your deep understanding of our Enterprise GenAI Platform to showcase its value.
Here’s what gets us excited about you:
- Client Interaction Experience:
- 2+ years in a technical sales or consulting role, with a proven ability to explain complex solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Technical Expertise:
- 2+ years of experience in software development, technical consulting, or similar roles.
- Strong programming skills with a focus on web applications and APIs.
- Experience with Linux systems, shell scripting, and microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with testing, debugging, and integrating software systems.
- Bonus Points:
- Knowledge of search technologies (e.g., Elasticsearch).
- Experience with Generative AI products and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Understanding of natural language processing, machine learning, and unstructured data.
